Lamitnadev organization was founded in the year 2000 by a Beit Shemesh and Mate- Yehuda regional council volunteers group. The organization strives to encourage and strengthen the value of volunteering and social involvement of the residents in their communities

Lamitnadev organization fulfills its vision through reducing social gaps projects; social initiations projects and participate the public in local govern projects.
The organization ways of work are gathering information, mapping the different local community needs, cooperate and coordinate with district social organizations, training, encouraging and guiding volunteers to act in the community.
Our Vision - is to create organize and independent communities working for themselves in all fields in order to create flourishing and vital communities.
